Deborah Baer Mozes is the Artistic Director of Theatre Ariel, a professional theatre company dedicated to illuminating the rich social, cultural, and spiritual heritage of the Jewish people. For over 25 years, she has worked as a dramaturge, producer, director, theatre arts teacher and advocate, in theatre and television in the United States and Canada. She has supported the development over 100 new works and taught theatre as an educational tool in such diverse settings as Indian reservations, synagogues, prisons, libraries, hospitals and school settings from daycare to university.
