Rabbi Naomi Mara Hyman is the editor of Biblical Women in the Midrash: A Sourcebook (Jason Aronson, 1997), co-editor of Trees, Earth and Torah: A Tu B'Shevat Anthology (JPS, 2000), and a published poet. She holds a Masters degree in Jewish Studies and a Certificate in Jewish Communal Studies and received her rabbinic orddination through the Alliance for Jewish Renewal's professional development program. She has trained in Bibliodrama with Peter Pitzele and Rivkah Walton and in visual midrash with Jo Milgrom, and has led workshops and shabbatons in a wide variety of settings throughout the United States.
